KELLEY T. MIKULAK concentrates her practice in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate and business succession planning, corporate transactional matters and tax controversies. Ms. Mikulak received her J.D. from Pace University School of Law and her B.S. (Magna Cum Laude) from Mercy College. Ms. Mikulak is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. Tax Court. She is an Adjunct Professor at Westchester Community College, teaching Real Property Law as part of the college’s Paralegal program. Ms. Mikulak is a member of the New York State Bar Association, White Plains Bar Association and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association.
